Brazil – Matas de Minas
From: $19.25
This Brazil, though naturally processed, sings more of nutty flavor than the commonly found fruit character. Each sip is sweet, creamy, and complex. A truly exceptional cup!

This is a balanced, easy to drink coffee anytime of the day or year. It is not like the traditional classic South America/Mexican bright flavor that is often found in the US (and which I usually don’t like). This has depth and flavor, low acidity, and for my husband and me, more of a nutty taste with a cocoa mouthfeel. We drink it black, so not sure how it would taste with cream, but I imagine it would mix just fine. We have tried most of the coffees on this website and have found this to be our favorite go to.
